$ 50+ | Floor Flex- Stretching helps keep the muscles flexible, and keeps you in peak physical shape. It also maintains physical resiliency. If you've ever seen a person on a floor mat get twisted into a pretzel by another human being, this is that- with my own personal flare of course!!
